Chris Kicks of 2013 With a Strong 6th Place in Tirreno-Adriatico

With several top ten finishes throughout the week, Chris finishes strong in an incredible field of GC contenders.  Fresh off of the great result, Chris heads off for two more challenging ProTour stage races in Spain, with Volta Ciclista a Catalunya and Vuelta Ciclista al Pais Vasco.

 

RadioShack-Nissan-Trek Names 2012 Tour de France Squad

The RadioShack-Nissan-Trek Team has named its squad for the 2012 Tour de France Squad.  Chris Horner has once again been selected to represent the team in France, and will be joined on this year's squad by Fabian Cancellara, Tony Gallopin, Andreas Klöden, Maxime Monfort, Yaroslav Popovych, Fränk Schleck, Jens Voigt and Haimar Zubeldia.  

 

Chris Named to 2012 US Olympic Team!

From USA Cycling, "Following a win at the 2011 Tour of California and second place results at this year’s Tirreno-Adriatico and the Vuelta al País Vasco, Chris Horner (Bend, Ore./RadioShack-Nissan-Trek) will bring experience to the American squad who will be looking for strong leadership in an event which restricts the use of race radios." Chris will join Tyler Farrar, Timmy Duggan, Tejay van Garderen, and Taylor Phinney in representing the USA in the 2012 Olympic Games in London on July 28th.

 

Chris Makes Strong Comeback at Tirreno-Adriatico

2012 season is now on its way! Chris made a strong comeback after 8 months away from racing with a impressive 2nd place finish at Tirreno-Adriatico. The RadioShack-Nissan-Trek team is off to a great start in 2012, as the #1 ranked team in the world.

 

Looking Back on 2011

Chris takes the overall win at the 2011 Tour of California.  It was a great week of racing for Team RadioShack, tearing it up on the roads of California.  Now, on to France...
